Brigitte Bardot Collection: Naughty Girl, Please Not Now!, Two Weeks in September, Les Femmes
Directed by Michel Boisrond, Serge Bourguignon, Jean Aurel
Brigitte Bardot is one of the most iconic actresses of all time, and this four-film collection brings together some of her most memorable performances. She is a dance-crazed schoolgirl in the wildly colorful Naughty Girl(1956), co-written by her husband Roger Vadim (And God Created Woman). Please, Not Now! (1961) is an uproariously sexy farce in which a spurned Bardot takes up a shotgun to get revenge! In Two Weeks in September (1967) she is a peaceful housewife whose life is turned upside-down when she falls in love with a London photographer. And in Les Femmes (1969) she breaks free of middle-class morality after getting hired as a secretary by a womanizing novelist.
